Recent Workshop Highlight: Eden, Utah Women’s Retreat

In June 2025, Karen brought Painting Your Soul to an intimate wellness retreat in the mountains of Eden, Utah. This four-day experience brought together women who were “emotionally fried, mentally foggy, physically depleted and stuck in survival mode” for a complete reset.

The retreat combined Karen’s expressive art therapy sessions with brain mapping, neurofeedback, functional nutrition, somatic healing practices, and chef-prepared meals. Participants experienced the magic that happens when women create together in a supportive environment—walls came down, genuine connections formed, and deep healing occurred.
